WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR

I am the Event Sales Manager at De Vere Outlon Hall and I am currently recruiting for a part-time wedding co-ordinator.

We are looking for a dynamic person to take over the position of part-time wedding co-ordinator.

The role involves the following -

- Taking appointments and doing showrounds for brides and grooms who want to come to Oulton Hall for their wedding.

- Sending out all requests for brochures

- Keeping a log of all brochure requests

- Keeping the call log up to date by following up on all brochure requests

- Achieving appointment and conversion targets

This position is a key role within the sales team and hotel as it ensures our wedding business is healthy and on target. This role would be suitable for anyone hoping to work in the hospitality industry, as Yorkshire's only five star hotel it will give them an insight into the workings of a hotel.

Oulton Hall is currently under going a £10 million refurbishment so it is a very exciting and challenging time to work at the hotel.

The hours are 16 hours per week. This is 08:30 to 16:30 every Sunday and then 2 evenings a week from 16:30 to 20:30 - this is flexible but
preferably Monday and Wednesday.
